Regional Children's Oral Health Survey
Helping Hands with Heart is a group of local service providers that offer support and resources to children and families in the Highlands region of Maine. One of our projects is looking at how to improve dental care for children. To help us understand these issues better, we invite you to take part in a short survey to learn about your child’s experiences with oral healthcare. This research project is being led by the Principal Investigator David Wihry at the University of Maine. All parents/caregivers who are age 18 or over and have a child enrolled in K-12 are welcome to take this survey. This survey is anonymous – meaning there is no information collected which could identify you.

Please complete only one survey for your household.

All of the results will be shared with the public and will be used to support improvements in the access to children’s dental care in our region.

You are invited to participate in a gift card drawing for a chance to win one of four $50 Hannaford gift cards. Please visit the link at the end of the survey to enroll in the gift card drawing.
