As part of a three-day event, a special commemorative gathering will be held on Friday night, September 4th, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at the Jim Robinson Field House. This event will feature remarks from the Honorable Judge Kevin Stitham and Steve Bromage, Director of the Maine Historical Society. The Tri-County Technical Center Color Guard will present the colors, and students will read excerpts from the Declaration of Independence. Light refreshments will be served. This event is open to the public and promises to be a wonderful celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary right here in Piscataquis County. Join us for this special occasion! You do not need tickets for this special event.
